Modern Warfare 2

Why im so ticked right now.....

1. No Effing COnsole1!!!! the console was one of the greatest features and allowed connecting to servers that you know the ip of and dont want to search.
2. No option to up difficulty in game. This would really be nice if i wanted to massacre and didnt mind a challenge.
3. Too many ranks....Although it is at times a good thing, it would be nice to stop at 70 and for each gun you get standard and alt skin along with a gren. launcher and red dot. Now that they have many sights this would be a good implement.
4. Dynamic ammo!! Why cant all ammo work for all guns...kinda frustrating when everyone is being noobs w/ mgs and you go skilled with a sniper or smg/rifle.

Giraffe Neck- Call of Duty 4

OK!! Hi people I know that Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare 2 has came out but have you ever seen funny looking deaths in Call of Duty 4 ? Its abnormal, I seen many funny ones but this is out of the ordinary.

Check out this neck, I killed him with a grenade in the mission "Crew Expandable".... it's half a giraffe half human its the last of its kind. EXTINCTION!

Halo Demo Mods

Hey!!
This is guide to all those that have Halo Demo on their MACs.
Halo Demo = MAC
Halo Trial= PC
(But this really doesn't matter, if you type this on google just add a (for pc) or (for mac)

Those who have Halo Demo on their MACs but are not able to get mods to work on it.
I will show you a site here if you haven't already known about it. This is from wikipedia.com, which people posted all the halo demo mods on to this account.
The site offers up to 200 different mods, and many other modding tools.

How to get the MODS working on the MAC.
Steps:
1. Find the MODS
2. Download one (any of your choice)
3. Go to your "Halo Apps" Folder
4. Go to "Maps" Folder
5. Here you see "Bloodgulch.map", make an alias of this map.
6. Now make a folder called "Originals" and place the original "bloodgulch.map" inside it.
7. Rename the Alias "BloodGulch" from "bloodgulch.map alias" to "bloodgulch.map"
8. Now create a folder called "MODS" inside the "Maps" folder.
9. Open up the downloaded file and find "bloodgulch.map" or "(name of the mod). map". ---> some may be zipped files [.zip] so you open it up until you see the modded map or the end of the file.
10. Drag the modded map into the "MOD" folder and make a new folder inside the "MOD" folder, rename the folder and call it whatever the mod that will be placed inside it. [EX: RocketMod] --> bloodgulch.map put into folder "RocketMod"
11. Now you got the Mods and maps organized.
12. To make them work you just go to the aliased bloodgulch.map folder and you right click it, select "get info" and click on "select new original".
13. Now choose the modded map you want to use.

START THE GAME!

Patch 1.7 for MAC

For those who have MACs and play Call of Duty 4 online, looking for the 1.7 patch but all are .exe files? I have been looking all around the internet for the patch, and finally noticed that ASPYR has the patch, after all they were the company that brought Call of Duty 4 to MAC.

Steps :

1. Go to "http://www.blogger.com/www.aspyr.com/"

2. Then at the top of the page, there would be a section called "Patches".

3. Click on this, and on the right of the page there is a list of Games that have patches.

4. Click on Call of Duty 4.

5. Go to the latest patch which is the 1.7 patch and go to the "Digital Verison" download not the "Boxed". (Boxed is for the retailed and bought version)

6. Download it.

7. Open it up. (If it is a .zip file, open it to the end then click on Call of Duty 4 1.7.1 Installer)

8. Install the game to the Macintosh HD

9. Then you have it at 1.7 patched version now. (This includes new maps, such as (Chinatown, Creek, Killhouse and Broadcast).

10. Now that the patch is updated, go to either (here or here) for the cracked servers.

11. When you reach the sites, find an IP address of your choice and copy it.

12. Then open up the console by pressing the tilde key (~) and type "connect xxx.xx.xx.xxx:xxxxx". (These x's represent the IP address numbers). Then paste it spaced after "connect". [Hint: "~"/ tilde key is usually found below the "esc" key]

13. If you press (~) and the console won't bring up, it is that you have not enabled it. Go to (Options --> Game Options --> Console --> Enable).

13. If you fail to reach any of these websites, type up "Cracked Servers COD4" on google.

Playing Call of Duty 4 is extremely fun for those who enjoy playing it. It's action packed, fun, and love to unload tons of lead at people whether is computer opponent or another person playing live.
